This house was absolutely perfect for us! We came for spring break week with our son. So close to Scottsdale Stadium, shopping, and dining. The property itself was very comfortable. It was quiet and private. The backyard was exceptional. The outdoor living area was so cozy. The pool and Jacuzzi were just great. Even the landscaping was gorgeous! The kitchen was nicely appointed with pots, pans, etc. The rest of the home was very comfortable. The mattresses were firm, the linens were clean and high-quality. My son absolutely loved the bunkbed and the snake puppet, books and games! We had a very nice week and would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s home in Scottsdale! The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived and clearly very well cared for. It was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need (especially for a trip with a 4 year old and a 1 year old), which made our stay comfortable and easy from the moment we walked in. We especially loved the outdoor space! It was such a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather. Josh was a fantastic host: very responsive, communicative, and helpful whenever we had a question. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought into making sure his guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Scottsdale and highly recommend Josh’s home to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great stay here. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive from start to finish, which made everything seamless and easy. The location is incredible, and the house matches the photos perfectly - exactly what we hoped for. The backyard is amazing and was one of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Josh was a great host. Every time we reached out he responded within a few minutes. In most cases, instantly. The house was perfect for us. Clean, updated, and felt bigger than it really is. The backyard makes it though. We used the covered outdoor fireplace & living room every night. Great BBQ area with plenty of seating. Pool was really nice as well, however in January the low sun doesn't hit it much. Kitchen is small, but open and had higher end appliances that worked great. Master bedroom is big enough with a good amount of hanging storage, and bathroom is plenty big. Love the double shower. Overall would definitely rent with Josh again!
